Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.*
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your shipment status.
  • Our team ensures that your orders are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages based on product availability and warehouse locations.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days*
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–5 business days*

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen local disruptions. In such cases, Maggada Mane is not responsible for the delay, but we will make every effort to assist you in tracking your order.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available for select orders, promotions, or special offers (if applicable).
  • Additional charges for remote locations or express delivery requests will be communicated during checkout.

Undelivered Orders

In rare cases, if an order is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can:

  • Request a re-shipment with the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Request a refund (if applicable, after deduction of return shipping costs).

Return & Exchange Policy

At Maggada Mane, we maintain high-quality standards for all our products. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we provide an exchange facility under specific conditions.

Important: We do not offer refunds—only exchanges are permitted as per the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Product Received: The item does not match what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a defect due to a manufacturing error.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review product details and size charts before purchasing.


Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product should be returned in secure packaging to prevent transit damage.

Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Products that have been washed, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers.
  • Customized or personalized products made specifically for an order.

  • If approved, we will dispatch the replacement.
  • If the product fails inspection (e.g., signs of use, damage, missing tags), the exchange will be denied, and the product will be returned to you.

Who Bears the Shipping Costs?

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Maggada Mane will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • No Cash Refunds: We follow an exchange-only policy. No refunds under any circumstances.
  • Product Unavailability: If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
  • Single Exchange Per Order: Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Delayed Deliveries & Lost Shipments: Delays due to external factors are not in our control. In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier.
