Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.*
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your shipment status.
- Our team ensures that your orders are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages based on product availability and warehouse locations.

- Non-Metro Cities: 3-5 business days*
(Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen local disruptions. In such cases, Maggada Mane is not responsible for the delay, but we will make every effort to assist you in tracking your order.)
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available for select orders, promotions, or special offers (if applicable).

Undelivered Orders

- Request a refund (if applicable, after deduction of return shipping costs).
Return & Exchange Policy
At Maggada Mane, we maintain high-quality standards for all our products. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we provide an exchange facility under specific conditions.
Important: We do not offer refunds—only exchanges are permitted as per the terms outlined below.

Conditions for Exchange
For an exchange request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product should be returned in a secure package to prevent damage during transit.
Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Products that have been washed, used, or tampered with.
- Items purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers.
- Customized or personalized products made specifically for an order.

- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.
- Return the Product
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
- Carefully pack the product to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- The return shipping address will be provided in the approval email.
- Inspection & Exchange Approval
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
- If the exchange request is approved, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product.
- If the product fails inspection due to damage, signs of use, or missing tags, the exchange request will be denied. The product will be sent back to the customer, and no further exchange will be entertained.
Who Bears the Shipping Costs?
- If the exchange is due to a wrong product received or a manufacturing defect, Maggada Mane will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- No Cash Refunds: We strictly follow an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Availability of Replacement Products: If the same product is unavailable, customers will have the option to choose a different product of the same value.
- Multiple Exchange Requests: Each order is eligible for only one exchange request. Further exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
- Delayed Deliveries & Lost Shipments: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control. In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
