Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. To request a cancellation:

Confirmation of Cancellation – If approved before shipment, we will confirm via email. No cancellation fee applies, and prepaid payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
Note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return request once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. If you do not wish to receive the order, you may:

Refuse the package upon delivery.

Accept the package and initiate a return request (if eligible under our Return Policy).
Note: If you refuse delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Return & Exchange Policy

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
