At Maggadamane, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order or requesting a cancellation or exchange.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. To request a cancellation:

  • Share clear images of the product showing the issue (e.g., defect or incorrect item).
  • Share your Order ID, registered phone number, and the reason for cancellation.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped, we will confirm the cancellation via email. No cancellation fee will be charged, and prepaid payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Note: Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery under our Return & Exchange Policy.


Cancellation After Shipment

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery

  • Accept the package and initiate a return request (if eligible)

Note: If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered – The product differs from what was ordered.

  • Manufacturing defect – The product has visible defects or damage.

Returns or Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted For:

  • Change of mind – If the product was ordered by mistake or you simply change your mind.

  • Color variations – Slight differences due to screen settings are not eligible for return.

  • Used or tampered products – Items must be unused and in original condition.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach clear images of the product.

Return Approval

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  • If approved, we’ll share return/exchange instructions.

Return the Product

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.

  • Once received, we will inspect the item and process the exchange.


Return Shipping & Processing Time

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not cover return shipping fees unless the product is incorrect or defective.

Processing Timeline

  • Once the item is received and approved, the exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.


Mode of Exchange

  • Refunds are NOT provided.

  • If the original product is unavailable, you may select an alternative item of equal value.
