Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. To request a cancellation:

2. Provide Order Details – Mention your Order ID, registered phone number, and reason for cancellation.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation – If approved before shipment, we will confirm via email. No cancellation fee applies, and prepaid payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return request once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. If you do not wish to receive the order, you may:

• Refuse the package upon delivery.

• Accept the package and initiate a return request (if eligible under our Return Policy).

Note: If you refuse delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure careful packaging and delivery, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered – The received product differs from what was ordered.

• Manufacturing defect – The product has visible defects or damages due to manufacturing.

Returns or Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted For:

• Change of mind – If the product was ordered by mistake or if you simply change your mind.

• Color variations – Slight differences due to screen resolution do not qualify for a return.

• Used or tampered products – If the product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Contact Us Within 24 Hours of Delivery

• Email info@maggadamane.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach clear images of the defective or incorrect product.

Return Approval

• Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

• If approved, return/exchange instructions will be provided.

Return the Product

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and an exchange will be processed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Maggadamane does not cover return shipping fees unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within:

• 3-7 business days for prepaid orders.

Mode of Exchange

• Refunds are NOT provided.

• If the original product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of the same value at no additional cost.
